Arguably the jewel of Kenya's Wildlife Sanctuaries, Maasai Mara hosts the annual wildebeeste(gnu) and zebra migration of over 2 million animals between Kenya and Tanzania during the months of June-October.
The 3-day Maasai Mara Safari Tour is about having a close encounter with the wildlife population of the region. You can easily spot Lion, Cheetah, Elephant, Buffalo and several other jungle beasts on your safari trail.
Day 01: Nairobi - Maasai Mara
Depart from Nairobi at 9.30 am to Maasai Mara passing through the eastern escarpment wall of the Great Rift Valley and along the valley floor with views of Mt.Longonot and Mt. Suswa volcanoes and passing through Narok town (The principle town in the Maasai Mara area) . Arrive for lunch at your Lodge/Camp. An afternoon game drive is designed so that you can explore that you can tour around the northern expanse of the Serengeti Ecosystem often called "Hemingway Country" to spot Maasai Giraffe, Leopard,Buffaloes, Cheetahs, Elephants and Lions along with other wildlife. Dinner and overnight stay at Maasai Mara Sopa Lodge/ Sarova Mara Tented Lodge or similar.
Day 02: Maasai Mara
After breakfast, spend the entire day looking for the wildlife such as Crocodile, Giraffe, Hippo and Zebra and also savoring the natural beauty. Lunch, dinner and overnight stay at Maasai Mara Sopa Lodge/ Sarova Mara Tented Lodge or similar.
Day 03: Maasai Mara - Nairobi
After breakfast, depart from Maasai Mara for the drive back to Nairobi to arrive at lunch-time. Drop-off at your Hotel (Lunch on own account).
